Cancellation Policy

All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. If you cancel within 90 days before final payment, you may be eligible to transfer your payments (not including the cost of travel insurance) to another trip you book with Fly Girl Destinations LLC within 12 months of your original booking date. Your cancellation must be received in writing within 90 days of travel date departure to info@flygirldestinations.com. At 89 days or less, please refer to the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy (if applicable). If your reservation is cancelled and you later decide to travel, your new reservation will be subject to the rates and availability at the time you re-book. Please see Terms and Conditions for additional information.

*Important Notice: Deposits for all bookings are nonrefundable. This cancellation policy excludes any affiliate partner hosted event or trip reservations, please refer to their cancellation policy (disclosures provided at time of booking).
